Now accepting new clients

Secure video sessions wherever you are in Ontario, with no commute, no childcare logistics, and the same depth of care as in person.
Virtual sessions make therapy fit with parenting life.
No commute. No childcare logistics. You log in from a private space at home, in your car, or wherever you can speak freely, and the session begins. The work itself is the same as in-person therapy. Same presence, same depth, same care. Many of my virtual clients are across Ontario, from cities to small towns and rural areas, working with a therapist who specializes in parent mental health even when there isn't one nearby.

Once your first appointment is booked, you'll receive a Jane link by email. Click it a few minutes before our scheduled time to test your video and audio. Find a private space where you can speak freely. The session works the same as an in-person appointment. If Jane stops working mid-session, we'll switch to Zoom and finish there.
My virtual clients are parents and adults across Ontario. People often choose virtual because of childcare logistics, geography, or simply preferring to do the work from their own space. The presenting concerns are the same as my in-person work.
All of my services are available virtually. Child sleep consulting can be done by video or phone.
Anywhere in Ontario. Sessions are for clients located in Ontario.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening time slots available upon request.
Sessions run on Jane, a secure video platform that opens right in your web browser on a phone or laptop. Nothing to download or install.
Receipts provided for insurance reimbursement. See full fees & insurance details.
If Jane's video stops working, we'll switch to Zoom and finish the session. If your internet drops entirely, call me at (226) 270-7032 and we'll continue by phone for the remainder of the session.
Privacy is a real barrier for many parents doing virtual therapy. Common workarounds include a parked car, a bedroom with headphones, or a session timed around naps. If you can't find a workable solution, we'll talk through options on your free 15-minute consultation, including whether in-person on Tuesdays in St. Agatha makes more sense for now.
If you're in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, I see in-person clients on Tuesdays at Southern Ontario Counselling Centre in St. Agatha.
